CareCircle is not an emergency service. Portal messages, video requests, and support requests are not monitored live. Do not wait for a reply if you need urgent help.

For a non-urgent clinical question, contact your own provider through the method and hours the Practice has given you. CareCircle cannot dispatch emergency responders or guarantee a provider will see a portal message promptly.
